I always loved how grandpa called grandma "mother". While on the surface it seems simply a term of endearment,when you saw the two of them together it was much more. When grandpa would say the word, it was like he was showing his undying love and appreciation for grandma, for being with him forever, and giving him his family he loved so much. That lesson will live on with me forever, to love and cherish your family to no end, and how grandpa summed it up into one word...."Mother"
